The Boggy Draw Beat Down Mountain Bike Race returns for its 26th annual edition on August 2, 2025, in Dolores, Colorado. This beloved charity event, supporting the Dolores Rotary Club, features multiple distances—3, 15, 18, 33, and 60 miles—plus a 60-mile relay option. Riders of all levels can find their challenge, with a new 65+ age category and a family-friendly 3-mile 'Easy Breezy' ride making it more inclusive than ever. Tackle scenic, flowy singletrack and technical sections in a fun, supportive, high-altitude atmosphere.
COURSE DETAILS
Multiple distances offered (3, 15, 18, 33, and 60 miles), including a 3-person relay. The route includes the Boggy Draw Trail with flowy singletrack, sections of McPhee Overlook, technical legs (especially for the relay), and some gravel road segments. The event takes place at approximately 7,000 ft elevation with up to 5,800 ft elevation gain on the longest course. Terrain is varied, from beginner-friendly to technically demanding.
