Pedal for a Purpose: Ride Cape Cod for Lung Health!

The Autumn Escape Bike Trek is a three-day cycling adventure happening September 26–28, 2025, in Sandwich, MA. Riders can join for one, two, or all three days, pedaling up to 155 miles along Cape Cod's scenic coastal roads. The event supports the American Lung Association's mission for lung health and research, offering a flexible and community-driven ride experience.
