Pedal for Purpose: Empower Youth Through Cycling in Indianapolis!

Be Like Nancy Ride! is a charity cycling event happening on September 20, 2025, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Hosted by Freewheelin' Community Bikes, the ride honors the legacy of Nancy Stimson and supports youth cycling programs. Participants can choose from scenic urban loops or a family-friendly route, all while supporting youth empowerment through cycling education and community engagement.

There are several route options: Distance Rides feature three urban loops (North, East, West), each ranging from 17–22 miles. There’s also a family-oriented destination ride of either 7 miles or 10K (~6.2 miles), traveling city streets and designated bike paths. The terrain is primarily flat, urban, and suitable for all skill levels.
