Beast of Burden is a one-of-a-kind endurance experience where mountain bikers and trail runners take on a 25-hour challenge (24 hours plus a bonus hour for the daylight saving transition). Solo or team participants rotate between two dirt trail loops—one easy, one challenging—at Fayetteville’s Mt. Kessler. This spirited, party-fueled race features good food, live music, fire pits, and the camaraderie of a vibrant trail-loving community. Profits support local trail preservation.

COURSE DETAILS

Two separate loop courses (one easy, one challenging) of approximately 4-6 miles each, designated for biking and running, with team members alternating loops every 6 hours.
