About

Pedal for a cure along California's stunning Pacific Coast!

Bike MS: Bay to Bay 2025 is a two-day cycling fundraiser organized by the National MS Society, taking place on October 18–19, 2025, along California’s iconic Pacific Coast. Riders of all ability levels can select from multiple route options, tracing scenic paved roads from Irvine to San Diego, with an overnight celebration at the Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa. All proceeds support life-changing research and services for people living with multiple sclerosis. The event features supported rest stops, mechanical assistance, festive finish-line parties, and a minimum $400 fundraising commitment. Whether you ride 25 or 100 miles—or something in between—you’re part of a passionate community pedaling for a world free of MS.

COURSE DETAILS

Routes on Day 1 are 25, 50, 75, or 100 miles, starting in Irvine and traveling through coastal Orange and San Diego counties to the Westin Carlsbad Resort. Day 2 offers courses of 40 or 50 miles, ending at Liberty Station in San Diego. Most miles are on scenic, paved roads with rolling terrain and ocean views. Riders enjoy fully-supported rest stops (including lunch service), on-route mechanical support, and monitored start/finish lines.
