Race Against the Clock on a Flat, Fast 10-Mile Loop!

The July Blue Streak Bike Time Trial on July 8, 2025, is your chance to push your cycling limits on a smooth, closed 10-mile course at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. This race is a time trial format, meaning you ride individually against the clock with no drafting—ideal for chasing personal records. As part of a celebrated monthly series running April through October, the event marks its 27th anniversary and offers the unique experience of racing inside an active military facility. Expect the camaraderie of avid cyclists and the thrill of a flat, fast loop designed for maximum speed.

The course is a 10-mile loop around the flight line at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, featuring smooth, wide, paved roads with only right turns (no left turns). Riders start at 30-second intervals and ride solo. The environment is controlled, secure, and traffic-free, ideal for setting personal bests.
