The Boone Gran Fondo is a challenging and scenic cycling event set in the heart of Boone, NC, on August 3, 2025. Riders of all skill levels can select from three distinct routes that wind through the breathtaking landscapes of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The event features competitive timed segments, providing both a race atmosphere and an opportunity for personal achievement. With proceeds supporting the Watauga Pioneers Mountain Bike Team, every pedal stroke supports a local cause. Three routes: Gran (94 miles), Medio (57 miles), Piccolo (24 miles). Multiple timed segments and challenging climbs along rural, rolling roads with stunning mountain vistas.
