Conquer Badwater to Hells Gate: 100 Miles Below Sea Level!
Take on one of the most epic cycling challenges in the world: the Death Valley Century. Held on November 15, 2025, this ride traverses the jaw-dropping landscapes of Death Valley National Park, from the depths of Badwater Basin—North America’s lowest point—up through the dramatic ascent to Hells Gate. Participants can choose from the classic 100-mile century, a metric century (62 miles), or a shorter half-century (50 miles). With a strict limit of 300 riders, you’ll enjoy a supported, exclusive journey along scenic, low-traffic paved roads with amazing geological vistas, serious climbs, and beautifully stark desert scenery.
COURSE DETAILS
Out-and-back route from Furnace Creek through Badwater Basin, with a loop climbing to Hells Gate. Multiple distance options: full century (100 miles), metric century (62 miles), and half-century (50 miles). Paved, no gravel. Several stocked checkpoints and roving SAG (support and gear) available.
