Designed for adventurous cyclists seeking both endurance and scenic beauty, this race features a demanding blend of paved roads and rugged gravel sections, including a notorious 14-mile climb on Fish Rock Road. With 72.4 miles of racing and 9,670 feet of elevation gain, Fish Rock offers a tough yet rewarding experience set against the backdrop of Northern California’s redwoods and Pacific coastline.

COURSE DETAILS

The race course covers 72.4 miles, beginning and ending at Anderson Valley Brewing Company in Boonville. Riders face steep paved climbs, stretches along the Pacific Coast, and an iconic 14-mile gravel ascent on Fish Rock Road. The terrain is split roughly 50/50 between smooth pavement and challenging gravel sections, culminating in post-race festivities at the brewery.
