The Great American Wheel Race 2025 is a 3,600-mile self-supported bikepacking adventure beginning at Seattle’s Space Needle on June 15, 2025, and finishing at the Washington Monument in D.C. Riders traverse a remarkable cross-country route following the Great American Rail-Trail along with gravel roads and low-traffic paved sections, emphasizing scenic diversity, safety, and endurance. With both competitive and touring classes, participants experience the full breadth of America’s landscapes, pushing personal limits in a truly epic event.
