The GRIND Mountain Bike Race returns to Biwabik, Minnesota, for an unforgettable weekend of adventure on August 15–16, 2025. Choose your challenge: the Long GRIND (35 miles), Short GRIND (19 miles), or Jr. GRIND (5 miles). Experience the rugged beauty of the Iron Range as you tackle rocky mining roads, rooted forest trails, creek crossings, and exhilarating climbs and descents. Beyond the race, enjoy an outdoor festival atmosphere with family-friendly activities, live music, and access to the Downhill Bike Park — making it the ultimate summer event for racers and spectators alike.
COURSE DETAILS
Pick your route: the Long GRIND (35 miles), Short GRIND (19 miles), or Jr. GRIND (5 miles). The course weaves through mining roads, rocky and rooted forest singletrack, rolling hills, stream crossings, and fast-flowing descents, presenting a true test for every level of rider.
