Presented by Smith’s Bike Shop to support ORA Trails, the event welcomes riders of all levels to compete for over $7,500 in prizes and omnium (overall) glory. Start with a dramatic uphill time trial up famed Grandad’s Bluff, tackle classic rolling rural Wisconsin roads in Saturday’s road races (with distances from 28.7 to 57.4 miles), and finish fast on a spectator-friendly downtown criterium circuit. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or an enthusiastic amateur, you’ll enjoy varied, challenging courses, friendly Midwest hospitality, and the knowledge that proceeds go towards local trail advocacy.

The La Crosse Omnium features a 2.4-mile uphill time trial climbing Grandad’s Bluff, a series of road races on rolling rural routes (28.7–57.4 miles), and a high-speed, flat criterium in downtown La Crosse.
