Challenge NYC’s iconic terrain in a premier summer road race.

The Lucarelli & Castaldi Cup Open Race on July 5, 2025, is a USA Cycling-sanctioned event held in the heart of New York City. Hosted by the Century Road Club Association (CRCA), this summer classic welcomes licensed riders in multiple categories to compete on the iconic road circuit of Central Park. Known for its rolling terrain and exhilarating atmosphere, the event promises a professionally organized experience with chip timing, safe marshaling, and spirited competition open to all.

Classic multi-lap race around Central Park’s famous 6.1-mile loop featuring sharp turns, rolling hills, and fast asphalt sections. The exact number of laps (and thus total distance) will be announced closer to the race.
