Cyclists will take on a 7-mile individual time trial course, starting at the Aspen Highlands Ski Area and climbing 1,400 feet along Maroon Creek Road. The race finishes at the scenic day parking area for Maroon Bells—the most photographed mountains in Colorado. Competitors face a steady paved climb at high elevation with strict no-drafting rules, creating a pure test of climbing strength and endurance.
