Conquer the Driftless on scenic gravel roads with good vibes!
Ridin' Dirty Gravel, held July 5, 2025 in Viroqua, Wisconsin, is a unique, unsanctioned gravel cycling race in the breathtaking Driftless Area. Organized by Femme Forty Racing, the event champions inclusivity, aiming to create a welcoming community for all riders—especially women and non-binary individuals. The race is part of a weekend packed with free camping, group rides, festivities, and a focus on good vibes only.
COURSE DETAILS
Three scenic routes of 37, 63, or 100 miles traverse the Wisconsin Driftless terrain, featuring 68–81% unpaved gravel roads. Participants navigate steep ridges, rolling river valleys, and enjoy challenging climbs with sustained grades of 8–12%. The course highlights the unique, rugged landscape untouched by glaciers.
