Challenge yourself on scenic San Bernardino trails this summer!

The Rim Nordic XC MTB Race Series #1 celebrates its 31st edition on June 22, 2025, in the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains of California. This cross-country mountain bike race draws riders of all abilities across Pro, Expert, Sport, and Beginner categories. The event is family-friendly, offering free kids' races (for 11 & under) and encouraging team/shop competitions. Riders will tackle a stunning 7.2-mile lap course set among forested, mountainous single-track just east of Running Springs near Big Bear Lake. The series is known for its welcoming atmosphere and epic mountain scenery, making it a favorite summer race destination.

The course is a 7.2-mile lap of classic cross-country mountain bike trails, featuring forested single-track, rolling climbs, and technical descents near the Snow Valley Mountain Resort. Mass start waves are used for different categories to ensure a smooth race experience. Pre-riding is allowed on Saturdays before each race.
