The Rusty Fish Gravel Grinder is a mixed-surface cycling event set in Manistee County, Michigan, on October 4, 2025. Riders will tackle looped courses that wind through vast forests, scenic river valleys, and the region’s infamous gravel and sand roads. With routes for different abilities, this adventure welcomes all, promising a spirited challenge and northern Michigan’s vibrant fall colors.
COURSE DETAILS
Choose from two challenging routes: the Full Metric at 62.5 miles (1,369 ft elevation gain, 63% unpaved) or the Half Metric at 36.5 miles (784 ft elevation gain, 71% unpaved). Both feature a mix of pavement, gravel, sandy two-tracks, and technical sections.
