The Salida 76 Gravel is a community-focused gravel cycling event taking place on September 13, 2025, in Salida, Colorado. Riders can choose between a challenging 76-mile or 76-kilometer route winding through remote backcountry roads, offering stunning views and rugged terrain. Not only is this event a test of endurance, but it also highlights Salida’s vibrant cycling community, with proceeds benefiting local nonprofits, trail building projects, and youth cycling initiatives. Participants can enjoy a full weekend of riding with the Banana Belt MTB race scheduled for Sunday.
COURSE DETAILS
Both the 76-mile and 76km routes traverse rugged, scenic gravel roads—much of it on private land—with big climbs, steep descents, and stunning remote vistas. The course includes significant vertical challenge and finishes with an untimed 13-mile descent.
