Conquer 250 miles to support families battling spina bifida!

The SB250 is an epic 250-mile, single-day endurance cycling event held on June 21, 2025. Riders journey from Edinburg to San Antonio, Texas, traversing the South Texas plains to raise awareness and funds for families affected by spina bifida. This 15th annual edition combines a major physical challenge with the warmth of Texas hospitality while fostering a strong sense of community and purpose.

A point-to-point route from Edinburg to San Antonio on open South Texas roads, with supported stops approximately every 20 miles. The event is fully supported and structured to maximize safety while testing endurance.
