The Seeley Lions PreFat Bike Race is an annual, community-driven mountain bike event set amidst the scenic forests and rolling terrain of Seeley, Wisconsin. Now in its 29th year, the race offers multiple course options—Expert (25 miles), Sport (17 miles), and Citizen (10 miles)—welcoming riders of all ages and abilities. Hosted by the Seeley Lions Club as a fundraiser, the event combines racing excitement, Northwoods hospitality, and an opportunity to give back, making it a celebrated gathering for cyclists throughout the region.
COURSE DETAILS
Held on rolling off-road trails through lush Northwoods forest, the PreFat covers sections of the famed CAMBA trail network, offering singletrack, doubletrack, and forest roads. Racers can choose between three distances: Expert (25 miles), Sport (17 miles), and Citizen (10 miles), with courses marked and staffed for rider support. The start/finish is at the Seeley town park, with on-site food and festivities.
