The Rad Dirt Fest 2025 is a gravel cycling adventure set in Trinidad, Colorado, offering three challenging route options—110, 70, and 40 miles—through the remote and breathtaking Spanish Peaks region. Riders experience a unique mix of maintained gravel roads and technical sections, all with significant elevation gain. The event not only showcases the rugged beauty of Southern Colorado but also serves as a qualifier for the famed UNBOUND Gravel, giving racers a chance to earn their spot at one of gravel cycling’s most prestigious events. Expect an eclectic atmosphere, vibrant post-ride festivities, and a route rich in history, scenery, and wild adventure.
COURSE DETAILS
Routes of 110, 70, and 40 miles start and finish in Trinidad, CO, traversing remote ranchlands, high alpine vistas, and desert mesas. 90% of the course is on maintained gravel, with a 2-mile technical section featuring loose terrain and steep pitches in Trinidad Lake State Park.
