About

Conquer three peaks, embrace the legend, ride the Triple.

The Triple Bypass is a bucket-list Colorado cycling event held since 1988, challenging riders with 118 miles and 10,800 feet of elevation gain over three iconic mountain passes—Juniper, Loveland, and Vail. Riders can instead opt for the Double Bypass, a shorter 80-mile course with 6,500 feet of climbing. The event is renowned for its breathtaking alpine scenery, fully supported course, and tradition of supporting local community projects through charitable donations.

COURSE DETAILS

Choose between the Triple Bypass (118 miles, 10,800’ gain) or the Double Bypass (80 miles, 6,500’ gain). The route runs from Evergreen (elevation ~7,220’) to Avon (~7,874’), tackling Juniper, Loveland, and Vail passes entirely on paved roads. Expect steep climbs, sweeping descents, car-free sections, and a mix of road conditions.

Race HIGHLIGHTS

  • Fully supported course with stocked aid stations and law enforcement escorts
  • Complimentary event jersey, finisher’s medal, meal, and beer at the finish line
  • Proceeds support local community and nonprofit projects
  • Optional Summit Package for VIP perks, including priority parking and gear credit
